To know your Smart ration card status card, follow the below steps.
- Visit https://www.tnpds.gov.in/home.xhtml TNPDS official website.
- Then click the “Smart Card Application Status” option.
- After you need to enter your reference number which is sent to your registered mobile number during the registration process.
- Finally click the “Submit” button.
How to download or Reprint TNPDS Smart card at tnpds.gov.in
If your TNPDS Card is missing or you made any changes on your ration card such as adding a new member, removing the family member then you need to apply for the duplicate card online and it will be very easy, and it’s delivered to your registered address.
In order to do that you need to reprint your TNPDS Smart card with help of TNPDS Smart Card Reprint Option which is available on the official website.
Visit https://www.tnpds.gov.in/home.xhtml TNPDS official website.
Then click the “Reprint Smart Card” option.
After you need to enter your mobile number and captcha details then press the submit button.
Now you will be redirected to the Payment details page.
Payment Details required to make an online payment for application reprint.
- Family head name
- Family card number (12 digits)
- Registered mobile number
- District name
- Required payment amount.
Payee details
- Recipient details
- Recipient name
- Date of birth
- Mobile no
- Email id
Enter all required details and press the next button.
Then check if all details are correct in the payment verification page.
Now you will be redirected to the complete payment page. Then choose the payment option that you want for Net banking or card payments.
Finally, take a printout copy of the acknowledgment to check the card status.

- Then click the “Reprint Smart Card Status” option.
- After you need to enter your reference number which is sent to your registered mobile number during the registration process.
- Finally click the “Submit” button.
