TNesevai is an initiative by Commissionerate of e-Governance, Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA) to provides various online services of government department to all citizens across Tamil Nadu. Using this public can be able to get government related certificates from home itself using the citizen login. Over 63 of public sector departments services being provided through e-service centres. This service can be easily accessed by the public on 24*7 regular basis, as long as the public in home.

How to Create TNesevai Registration

To perform all public department related services on esevai every users must have a citizen login credentials to apply and receive various certificate for your specific needs. So follow the below steps to get a citizen login registration process done.

Step 1: Go to https://www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in/Citizen/PortalLogin.aspx and Click “New User? SignUp here” link at under the login form and then the registration form will opened in the new page.

Then start fill the necessary details that are required. (Name, District, Taluk, Mobile Number, Email, Aadhar No, Login Id, Password)

Step 2: Once fill the all information click “Sign up” button and complete registration process with OTP which you received on your entered mobile number.

Else if the person already own a login details you may skip this step and directly login to access the the services.

Login into Citizen Account in Esevai:

By entering the username and password and captcha details and click “login” button.

If you forget username or password you easily reset your login by entering Login Id, Mobile No, Email Id, Aadhar No. which you entered while registration.

Method 1:
Login to your account.

Click > Check Status > Now enter your Application Number (Which will you received while application registration) and press “Fetch“.

Method 2:
Visit: https://tnedistrict.tn.gov.in/tneda/home.xhtml and Enter your Acknowladgement No/Application No and press and click “Search” Option.

TNesevai Certificate Download

Once your application verified by the respective officers from the department the certificate will be available to download. Kindly to the application status check before decide to download.
