How to check ECView, Download in TNREGINET Portal:
To view or download the EC for your land follow the below instructions.
Step 1: Visit Official TNREGINET Portal and Choose your preferred language.
Step 2: If you are in English Version Choose Home > E-Services > Encumbrance Certificate > View EC
In Tamil Version:

Step 3: Choose search preferences
- Property details based search which contains Survey Wise, Plot Flat wise, Ward black wise.
- Document Number based Search contains Document Number Wise, Previous Document Number
Step 4: Now the EC Villangam/Document Search page will have appeared on the screen.
Now carefully fill-out your respective information in that form.
If you choose Registration Village option you need to enter following details such as Zone, District, Sub Register Office, EC Start date, EC End date and Survey details Village, Registration Village, Survey No, Subdivision No.
For Revenue Village option you need enter Revenue District, Revenue Taluk, EC Start date, EC End date and Survey details.
Step 4: Now fill the captcha and press “Search” Button.
Step 5: Now your respective EC Will be available in the new window with PDF Format. Keep download and take a print out copy of this document for future purpose.
